Only size exchange available and applicable for the products under SeasonWrap Up Sale Collection. NOTE- NO RETURN ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE.
Once your return is confirmed, pack and seal the item, just as it was delivered to you, before handing it over to our delivery partner. IS.U will not be responsible for any loss or theft due to the packing condition upon return. The product must be unused, unwashed and all tags must be intact. Place the invoice outside the packet, so that the return address is visible.
Pick up – Once your return request is raised, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2 working days.
It would take approximately 4-6 days for your returned product to reach us, and a maximum of 3 days from that time until you’re refunded. In total, a return would span an average of 7-9 days.

Reverse logistics for returns on online payment or COD is Rs.130.
For exchanges additional charges would be applicable i.e. Rs. 120.
