We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns. We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your product as soon as possible and we will refund the amount or issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Return for product/s must be Placed within 7 days of the order delivery date.
  • Once your return is confirmed, pack and seal the item, just as it was delivered to you, before handing it over to our delivery partner. 
  • IS.U will not be responsible for any loss or theft due to the packing condition upon return. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned only exchanged.
  • Pick up – Once your return request is raised, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2 working days.
  • Self-Ship – In case your pin code is not eligible for reverse pick up, please self-ship the products to the given return location. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
  • Once we receive the product, our quality experts will review the same and approve the refund if accepted. The refund will be credited to the source selected at the time of return initiation or even store credit.
  • Store credit is valid upto 60 days to be used.
  • It would take approximately 8-10 days for your returned product to reach us, and a maximum of 3 days from that time until you’re refunded. In total, a return would span an average of 10-12 days.
