All fabrics are carefully manufactured to suit extreme weather conditions, every single silhouette is designed to make you feel your best.

All the garments can be hand washed and naturally dried or dry cleaned. At IS.U we are constantly trying to have low impact on the climate and we have sourced fabrics and made clothing in a way where there is low impact maintenance on the products. You can also refer to wash care labels on the garment for all the details.

Returns

• Product is on sale. No return policy, only size exchange is available.
• You have 7 Days to return your products starting from the day you received your order (Delivery + 7 Days). All you have to do is click here and fill the form.
• Once your return is confirmed, pack and seal the item, just as it was delivered to you, before handing it over to our delivery partner. IS.U will not be responsible for any loss or theft due to the packing condition upon return. The product must be unused, unwashed and all tags must be intact. Place the invoice outside the packet, so that the return address is visible.
• Pick up – Once your return request is raised, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2 working days.
• Self-Ship – In case your pin code is not eligible for reverse pick up, please self-ship the products to the given return location. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
• Once we receive the product, our quality experts will review the same and approve the refund if accepted. The refund will be credited to the source selected at the time of return initiation.
• It would take approximately 8-10 days for your returned product to reach us, and a maximum of 3 days from that time until you’re refunded. In total, a return would span an average of 10-12 days.
• For any other queries and return status, reach out to us at hello@isufashion.com, mentioning your order ID.
• Note: No products shall be accepted if the Warranty Card/Product Tag is missing while return or exchange of the products.

Exchange

• We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return your package and order again. Your refund will be processed as soon as we get your items back.
• Received an incorrect or faulty item? Oops, our bad! Please get in touch via our customer care number or write to hello@isufashion.com. We’ll get back to you quicker than you hit ‘send’!
